Who is it for?
This program is aimed for anyone that is eager to learn or improve their handstand.
Divided in three different leves, there is something to be learned for everyone wether you are a complete beginner, Yogi, crossfit athlete or a fitness enthusiast. The best thing about the handstand is that really everyone can learn the handstand with the correct type of training, despite your age, height or physical background. In this course I will give you the blueprints as well as guide you through this journey in order for you to reach your handstand goals.
However the skill won't appear over a day, a week or even a month, and if it does, it probably is not performed correctly. For most people it takes years to master. This can feel a bit daunting at first, however the challenge is what makes the skill so exciting. It is a journey of progressions and steps forward where you will learn and experience a lot of new things about your body, mind, and about training in general.
